Prachi Shevgaonkar is a Climate Innovator and the founder of Cool The Globe: An app for climate action with users from 150+ countries. She serves as the Climate Change Advisor to Tata Power as well as all its subsidiaries and has been awarded by the finance minister of India as the ‘Young Changemaker of the Year (2022).’ She won a deal on Shark Tank India season 3 and was also selected in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia – Class of 2024.

She is the youngest and the first Indian to be appointed on the advisory board of ClimateLeadership Coalition, along with the former Prime Minister of Finland. Prachi represented India at COP27, where she received the ‘COP27 Scholar Award’ from the Environment Minister Bhupendra Yadav.

Prachi’s campaigns for climate action have reached over 25 million citizens. To date, citizens from 150 countries have come together on the Cool The Globe App and saved 7.9 million kg of GHG emissions by making simple lifestyle changes for the environment.
