With over two and a half decades of diverse experience, Usha is a seasoned Business and HR Leader, specialising in Human Resources throughout her illustrious career. Collaborating with professionals globally, she has engaged with teams in Denmark, the US, Sweden, Poland, Russia, the United Kingdom, China, Singapore, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Joining Grundfos in 2013, Usha has held various leadership positions in the global HR organisation, currently serving as the Country President at Grundfos Pumps India Pvt Ltd. Her tenure has been marked by substantial contributions to the organisation's growth, emphasising a culture of employee empowerment and development.

Beyond Grundfos, Usha has held senior roles in Indian and multinational companies such as IKEA, TAFE, and TATA Infotech Ltd. Her expertise encompasses strategy, process implementation, and operational delivery, spanning Business Development, Profit Center Management, and Human Resources. Notably, she led a short-term assignment in Shanghai, China, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the recruitment strategy and driving its implementation for the rapidly growing China region.
