Saurabh works as a Director with the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund, an institutional infrastructure fund manager anchored by the Government of India (Gol), in collaboration with leading global and domestic institutional investors. Saurabh focuses on the strategy and policy functions of the Fund. He has 19 years of experience in the fields of infrastructure financing & investments, public-private partnerships, regional infrastructure planning, developing policies & regulations related to infrastructure, transaction advisory, and feasibility assessments. Between 2015 and 2018, Saurabh served as the head of the PPP Unit at the Ministry of Finance in Namibia. He coordinated the country's PPP policy and regulatory actions and the MoF review of PPP projects. He extensively engaged with multiple government ministries and other public bodies to assist in conceptualising workable PPP projects. Between 2004 and 2014, Saurabh worked with CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory. He led consulting assignments in a range of infrastructure sectors, including transport & logistics, energy, urban/municipal development, tourism, industrial zones, and mining, and advised both private and public sector clients.
