Reshma guides tech-to-market strategies for decarbonisation solutions at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Building Technologies Office. As a Program Director at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, she leads IMPEL and Cradle to Commerce initiatives. Reshma also heads the Net Zero World Initiative's Climate Smart Women's Energy Leadership Program (CS-WEL). With 12+ years of experience, she's a cleantech innovator at the intersection of smart buildings, energy, and urban sustainability. Reshma holds two cleantech patents and is a published author. She's on the Advisory Board for the Carbon Leadership Forum and has served on TIA's Smart Buildings, Power and Energy group. She co-founded GreenExcel and is dedicated to empowering women in clean energy globally.
