Pradip Radhakrishnan Subramaniam is an accomplished CXO/Board Director/CTO with 32 years of experience in innovation, technology-enabled product development, and applied research with a master’s degree from Georgia Tech. His expertise spans AI/ML, IoT, full-stack development, energy efficiency, and green energy solutions, with over 25 patents filed. He has led R&D and innovation teams at leading MNCs such as Hitachi, LG, GE, PepsiCo, and Philips, and founded Growtech Innovations India Pvt. Ltd., which was incubated at IIT Madras, funded by Ratan Tata, and later acquired by Livpure Pvt. Ltd. A Chartered Member of CILT, he specializes in cold chain and green energy transitions.

Presently working as an expert consultant in few companies (For Profit as well as Not for Profit) in areas of energy efficiency including BLDC & more such technologies in diverse areas like appliances, EV, Solar to name a few and is serving as a Director on the board of companies in Energy transition area.
