Nisha Menon, Chief Executive Officer, DESL is a mechanical engineer with a Masters degree in Energy Conservation and Management. She has over 30 years of experience in sustainable energy. In the past 25 years, at DESL, she has been involved in managing and delivering a diverse range of consulting assignments including:  resource efficiency (energy and water) and cleaner production in industries; energy management in buildings (design stage, retrofits) and municipal sites (water, wastewater, street lighting);   renewable energy based power generation (as a supply side intervention).  In the last 6 years, the activities have been aligned to helping energy consumers strategise and achieve carbon neutrality and decarbonization goals. These assignments have been delivered in India and over 30 countries across the globe.  As CEO, DESL Nisha is responsible for oversight of project delivery across all the business verticals with scope ranging from opportunity identification studies to implementation (engineering services).
