Neha Dhingra is the Director of the India program at CLASP. With 14 years of experience in energy efficiency and clean energy access across India, Southeast Asia, and West Africa, she specializes in appliance efficiency standards and labelling. Her expertise includes policy and regulatory analysis, compliance policy design, and institutional capacity building. Neha fosters key partnerships with governments, civil society, donors, and international organizations to implement ambitious appliance energy efficiency policies. Before joining CLASP, she worked with EcoSecurities India, promoting carbon revenue generation for renewable energy projects.
