Moutushi brings deep experience of developing and executing institutional and programme strategies for culturally relevant, socio-economic development outcomes in Asia, and more particularly, in India.  She has worked in senior leadership positions with reputed funder organisations like the erstwhile Department for International Development (DFID), Oxfam, Co-Impact, John D and Catherine T MacArthur Foundation and more recently in the pan-Asian network of social investors, AVPN Ltd. She has extensively engaged with government departments, non-profit organisations, intermediary institutions and networks in designing and delivering complex, multi-actor development initiatives.
