Megha Kaladharan is a Counsel in Trilegal’s Energy and Infrastructure practice. With a focus on energy policy, she is particularly experienced in working with think tanks, government agencies, multilaterals, developers, and lenders. Megha routinely advises the International Finance Corporation and governments of developing countries to develop PPP projects in India and the Asia Pacific region, which include energy-efficient street lighting (in Bangalore and Jaipur), renewable energy, municipal solid waste management, water distribution, tourism, and affordable housing. In addition to her work at Trilegal, Megha has consulted for leading think tanks such as the Regulatory Assistance Project and the Centre for Policy Research on research projects relating to the electricity distribution sector in India, which was published by Oxford University Press in 2018 as a chapter of a book titled “Mapping Power: The Political Economy of Electricity in India's States.”
