Sanjeev has been associated with ABB for almost two decades and has held numerous management positions. He started his stint in the sales function and played a key role in driving growth for the motor business of ABB in India. He soon moved up to a management role to take up overall responsibility for the entire division. Currently, he is responsible for the Motion business area. He has contributed significantly to the expansion plans of motor manufacturing facilities. Sanjeev also developed the local manufacturing units to become global feeder factories to meet the growing demands of export markets. Over these years, he has been a strong proponent of promoting energy efficiency and sustainable solutions for various industrial applications. His achievements in business have earned recognition at multiple industry awards for quality, innovation, and contribution to the renewable energy space.
