Principal, ps Collective

Dr. Saket Sarraf is the founder and Principal at ps Collective, a platform for advocacy, research, policy analysis, and consultancy. He is passionate about empirically driven approaches to sustainable development and the built environment, and has over 20 years of experience in India, and the USA. His current work focuses on policy analysis, modelling, and decision support systems.

Dr. Sarraf is actively affiliated with academia, worked as a guest scientist for a brief period at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, USA, and as a researcher at the Regional Economic Application Lab (REAL), Urbana Champaign, USA. He has worked on assignments for government agencies, multilateral and bilateral projects, national and international foundations, advocacy groups, and corporates.

Dr. Sarraf holds a Ph.D. and a Master from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, where he received the ‘Outstanding Ph.D. award’. He also has a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is currently based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
