Rajiv Kumar works with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), which is the principal financial institution of the Government of India for the promotion, financing, and development of the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector. Rajiv is a part of the Green Climate & Energy Efficiency Centre of SIDBI in New Delhi, which is actively engaged in Green Financing of MSMEs. He has executed several multilateral and bilateral programs on Energy Efficiency financing in MSMEs. With an experience of over 32 years in the banking sector, he has worked closely on microcredit, financing of innovative technology startups, climate change, and sustainable development in MSME sector through Energy / Resource Efficient technologies.
